Outstanding accommodation. Really couldn't fault it. Laurain was just lovely and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We had fresh bread and cake upon arrival, along with fresh milk and eggs. The hot tub had been preheated for our enjoyment too. A wonderful 4 night stay. We will be back! Bed was comfy and the bathroom had all the essentials. Dolly the puppy was delightful too.

Amazing space, hosts were so friendly but also gave us all of the space we needed. The Onsen is so relaxing, the gardens were beautiful and the villa is comfortable and has everything you need. We only stayed one night but we'll definitely be back for longer. Amazing value for the price as well.

Lovely hotel, pool and spa amazing. Nice breakfast, nice seating areas in and around bar, mixture of the old house and new. Staff extremely polite and helpful.

Food, staff and facilities were excellent. We've booked in again for next year. We used the pool while there and it was worth paying the extra £5 to use it. We had breakfast included in our booking and it was excellent and there was a great selection of food
