The house was beautiful, loved the decor and had all the facilities you needed. The hot tub was lovely to use, especially after a long day of exploring. Kept updated by the host by messages and got all the instructions for the stay and top tips for the area. Would definitely stay again.

We booked a hot tub suite for a christmas present for my husband and I. The red screes suite was amazing with a hot tub on the balcony looking over the waterfalls. The room was exceptionally clean, towels, robes, slippers were all provided. The spa was absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again very soon. Thank you to the staff for making us feel so welcome.

Central location. Lovely pool, gym spa area with outside jacuzzi. Very relaxing. Breakfast was lovely. Well organised and the room was just beautiful . Lounge seating areas, lots of different cosy collections of seating to choose from. Lovely friendly staff

Exceptional staff who really went above and beyond in terms of friendliness and service. Spa facilities were really good and overall the hotel was very well presented and nicely decorated in the lounge/bar areas. Room was comfortable and spacious - and the jacuzzi bath was an unexpected (but very welcome) treat! Breakfast was exceptional: beautifully cooked and with lots of choice. Great location. Although right in the hear of Ambleside, we didn't experience any noise disturbance.
