The staff were extremely helpful, could not have been better, our check in was very late and check out early next morning and both ladies at reception were kind, courteous and could not have done more to make our stay a pleasant one

Close to airport, shuttle service, we could store our luggage after checkout and there were comfortable common areas to wait after checkout.

Very clean, very modern and above all very quiet at night. We loved it here. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were lovely and it's all within short walk of old-town Alcala. Would definitely stay here again
