We had the most amazing stay at TRS Ibiza Hotel, the staf is so friendly and helpful. The service of Juan Carlos from the butler service and Mariana from the house keeping is just PERFECT! Mariana is such a kind person and welcomed us so nice from the first moment we arrived. Juan Carlos helped us with everything we needed and requested. We will definitely come back!

My stay at Bonito Ibiza Hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! The moment you walk in, you can feel the luxury and attention to every detail. The service is top-notch – friendly, kind, and always ready to help. I felt like they could read my mind! The room impressed me with its spaciousness, style, and cleanliness – everything looked brand new. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up! The minibar was well stocked, and the cleaning service was discreet and absolutely perfect. The pool and spa area are a true paradise for body and soul. Peace, relaxation, beautiful design, and world-class comfort. The pools were perfectly maintained, the loungers incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere ideal for unwinding. The food was outstanding! Fresh ingredients, a wide variety of options, and amazing flavor combinations. Breakfast felt like a feast, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was like fine dining at its best. The location is perfect for exploring the charms of Ibiza, while the hotel itself offers complete peace and privacy. Bonito Ibiza is the kind of place you want to return to. Five stars are just a formality – this hotel deserves even more! I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic vacation, thanks to the excellent service, hospitality, and kindness of the team who consistently went the extra mile. The food was excellent day and night, with a great selection of dishes and drinks. I was especially delighted to find hummus and falafel available daily, which I adore. Our vacation wouldn't have been the same without the amazing people I want to mention. They added layers of fun and joy to our trip. The lady who checked us in was incredibly kind. Special thanks to Raqeel in the main restaurant, who was always attentive and smiling, and to Pepa as well. Special thanks also to Pathe in the main restaurant for his kindness and high spirits. I won't forget Ivania, who made me smile all the time with her charm and great service at the swimming pool bar. She understood my taste from the second order onward, making my pool time fun and joyful every day. Thank you so much! I'm not sure of the name of the manager to whom Ivania reports, but he did a great job monitoring everything. Special thanks to Deiogo from the pool bar for his service, and Paula from the Io bar.
