I loved everything about this hotel — from the rooms and the spa to the rooftop with a DJ and amazing views, the different pools, and the great service. The rooms are super nice, the beds are really comfy, and the whole place is just awesome. I totally recommend going for the “Signature Level” if you're staying a couple of days, it's totally worth it. Everything was just perfect!

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. One of my favorite things was the security. Guests are given wristbands at check-in and are instructed that no outside visitors are allowed on the premises. There were also security guards at the entrance of the hotel enforcing this policy 24hrs a day. So we felt very safe the whole time we were there. The breakfast selection blew our minds. It was like a buffet restaurant. 10/10. The pool area was also super nice and had plenty of loungers to accommodate guests. The location is great, with the beach, shops, restaurants and some clubs within walking distance. However, the big clubs (Hi, Amnesia, Ushuaia, etc.) are far away and we had to take lots of taxis which got expensive. But, the taxis line up outside the hotel, so it was never hard to get one. The luggage storage room is also very secure - we left our bags there all day after we checked out and had no issues. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing restaurant in the hotel, in addition to great breakfast you can also have a super dinner for only 15 EUR, and eat a lot of delicious food! Perfect location in San Antonio, very close to the beautiful sunset beach and sunset cafes (Cafe Del mar, Cafe Mambo). Food store next to the hotel. Close by taxi to the Amnesia Club. To the famous clubs of Playa Del Boca by taxi about 25 minutes for 35 EUR. A swimming pool, a spacious green grass place for outdoor relax and sunbathing, and most importantly not noisy.

Food quality excellent. A la carte options very good with buffet restaurant also offering wide choice of good food. Bedroom was spacious though light in shower and bathroom coming on automatically was a bit of a pain in the middle of the night! We had the terrace with Jacuzzi. gets sun from about 1pm onwards. Plenty of sun beds with no need for the early morning scramble to book one. Staff across whole hotel were brilliant. Great Wi-Fi.
