The hotel is very modern, clean and close to the beach. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly . The receptionist with brown curly hair was the best - she was smiling all the time. Also Tomy from restaurant was amazing - always greeting us with smile. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was spotles, seemed brand new and was in the best location on the beach of playa palma. The breakfast (7.30-10.30) was really good including slighty different hot and cold dishes every morning. I especially liked the juice squeezed from fresh oranges. We had half board, so we also had dinner (18.30-21.30) at the hotel. Every evening there were different dishes, some were really good such as stewed meat dishes. You could also ask the chef behind the counter to fry meat or fish. The staff (especially in reseption) was extremely nice, helpfull and friendly. We felt really welcome during the whole visit and even after check out. Because our flight was in the evening we were allowed to leave our luggage in storage and use the hotel until then. We were also able to use the shower in the spa downstairs before going to the field. This beautiful stylish hotel is right on the beach. There is 2 pools, one in the roof terrace and the other in front of the hotel with easy access to the beach. They also provided beach towels for a deposit (10€)

All staff working in all areas very pleasant and helpful. All areas of the hotel very clean. The breakfast choices were wonderful from fruit of all kinds, cereals, cold meats, cheeses and many cooked dishes. The pancakes were a favourite with us.
