Spotless Hotel. The staff are lovely and always have a smile and say hello. Natalia and joel- amazing with the guests. We were half board, and the quality of food was excellent. Always a lovely choice for breakfast and dinner. I can't fault the food or drinks. The welcome, checkin, location, room, amenities , facilities, staff, food, pool, entertainment. All excellent. I wanted a five star hotel for a peaceful holiday. Lava beach delivered. Bravo to you guys. I will see you next year.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and the facilities are stunning. Rooms are huge and have everything you could possibly need including luxury toiletries, mini bar, two tv's and bluetooth speakers. Only a short walk or taxi journey to the seafront so in an ideal location.

The owner was very friendly and was very accommodating. We didn't have a chopping board, but they brought us one the following day. The location was 10 minutes from a really great snorkeling beach. Also 3 minutes walk to a small supermarket, and 20 minutes walk to lidl. They also had a lot of kitchen gadgets so a great place if you're planning to mostly cook yourself. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely go to this apartment again.

Great place for families, awesome value for money. The apartment had all you can possibly need, pool was nice, my daughter loved it. I also agree with the sunbed reservation system, this way we actually had a chance to use the sunbeds (in other hotels we never did as we are not the types to wake up early just to put the towel on the sunbed and leave it there all day)
