Excellent work of front-desk staff! I got the quiet room as I asked with an amazing view in addition. Spacious room with big and coizy balcony. Perfect location just in 5 minutes from the beach. Delicious dinner dishes at the restaurant various depend on the day of the week. I advise you all to take the half board.

Great live entertainment every night, awesome poolside DJ, easy street parking, super friendly and helpful staff, amazing buffet breakfast (heaps of options plus cater for dietary requirements) plus dinner buffer for 25 euros p.p. also has so many delicious options! This 5 Star hotel is spectacular. The design and comfort of the public areas and of the rooms are exceptional. I'm not sure how old it is, but it seems new. Everything was in such good condition. The staff greeting was warm, informative, and helpful. Somehow, we were upgraded to a suite. Large and with a view to the sea. Much appreciated. The next time we stay here, we will book an identiccal room. Well worth it. Breakfast was plentiful, unique and of high quality. The waitstaff were so effieient and friendly. The location is perfect for a beach stay in Alcudia. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. Food was super. A really good spot for our first holiday with a 1 year old. Staff were really friendly. The hotel has a lovely pool and is right on the beach. Its a quiet and classy hotel. Highly recommended.

We were met so warmly. The hotel seems to be not new but well-maintained and managed. The breakfast is great, sauna and inside pool are pleasure to visit. Great beds, towels, compliments, constant feeling of being valuable guest. Gloria, the lady in kids club is great, lovely person - my almost teens spent hours with Gloria, she kept them busy and happy (now they want to visit again because of Gloria). I would happily repeat the experience once I am in the area.

It was an incredible experience, from all of the space where you feel alone, to facilieties and food. Staff were incredible. We had 2 wonderfull days here and would come here again with no doubt. We stayed here for friends wedding and were impressed of how well everything was.
