Had a great stay at Aqua Suites. It's a ten-minute walk from the beach and the Puerto del Carmen promenade. A couple of supermarkets are just 5 minutes away. Our room had a magnificent view over the pool, it was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast has various cold options from the buffet. You can also order some delicious hot options that will be cooked on order. We also tried dinner and can only recommend it. Every day there's different tasty specials in addition to the à la carte menu. The staff is welcoming, corteous and always happy to help. We would like to extend our special thanks to David and the lovely receptionist from Ecuador (so sorry we are this bad with names and didn't catch yours!) and to Christian at the restaurant. They are clearly passionate about their job and about providing an excellent service to their customers. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay then we had wonderful family time together, prefect room with poorl-view, relaxing vibe with banana trees in front too, perfect professional cleaning standard, the personnel are very friendly very helpful, which is the BEST reason for us ti extend for other week to stay. Highly recommend and appreciate the owner and managers did such perfect hotel hospitality for tourists

Very spacious apartment. Secure and safe and very quiet and peaceful. Very well equipped, plenty of cooking utensils. Large sunny balcony which got sun all day. Supermarket within one minute walk. Old town down the hill about 12 minutes walk.

The Preferred Club extras were above and beyond my expectations and well worth the extra paying to be a Preferred Member. Loved the lounge which we could relax in with drinks and snacks throughout the day. Room was beautiful, spacious. Beds were comfortable and turndown service was a lovely touch. Private space to eat breakfast with table service was great too.

Large spacious room , with seating area large tv. Bedroom with 2 large beds and another large tv. Wonderful bathroom with walk in shower 2 washbasins and a Jucuzzi bath. Luxury toiletries and efficient air conditioning throughout. Staff excellent!

Hotel facilities were gorgeous. Lovely selection of pools & close to the marina. Nice gym & lovely views from the hotel. Preferred club definitely get the nicer amenities, not sure I would have enjoyed the stay if we had not upgraded. Proffered club private pool was fabulous & we also enjoyed the private lounge to relax or work. Rooms were nice and spacious. We enjoyed having a large smart TV and a huge super king bed.

Fantastic facilities to relax. Great spa with modern sauna, steam etc. Paola was very helpful and welcoming at the spa. Plenty of beds to sunbathe. excellent food - lived the World cafe.
