Everything was amazing. Food was amazing, we had breakfast and dinner, never disappointed, the choice was huge, everyone must be able to eat there. Personal very nice. Pool area amazing. Evening program, live music, good drinks and food available during the day. 15min by bus from airport, directly. 2 min walk from the beach, 1min from nearest shop if you need water, 2 min from car renting place. We even had a sea view room, balcony is amazing. Gym available as well (old school, but enough!). Thank you again! (big bonus: GLUTEN FREE options available)

23-27 Feb 2024 - hotel is good connected to the city center (25) but also to the airport by bus ( A2) -the hotel has a very supportive stuff and Lady Pilar from Management helped me in my requests - the hotel stuff is putting efforts into making everyone happy -I had demi-pension and the food was above my expectations. It was simply delicious. It was a nice surprise to enjoy every evening another type of food. Breakfast was also very good. Many options for the vegetarians. - the restaurant manager was an the site every time making sure that everything goes smoothly - the smell in the hotel was nice. -the room was very comfortable. I have used AC on heating and it was an optimal temperature. -the garden was a nice place to enjoy a coffee - behind the hotel there is a park where I used to walking before the breakfast - the beach is very close and also very close to a promenade place -hotel is close to the Aquarium Palma ( where I as and it was a very nice experience)

First of all, one big thank you to the great hotel crew, who were kind, welcoming, and just in general amazing. Special shout-out to the lovely ladies from the reception desk Esther and Nerea (and their colleague Carlos). Starting from the check in, everything went smoothly. The room is spacious and clean. We didn't really use facilities like swimming pool because the location is IMMEDIATELY ON THE BEACH, which was an amazing perk to have. But everything else the hotel has to offer is just what you need for a perfect vacation. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. One can have different options every day of the stay and still not manage to try everything! Whoever was in charge of pastries, great job! And the pancakes are just a great kick start into the day! I strongly recommend taking the room with the sea view, because sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sunset is irreplaceable. If Mallorca finds itself on my travel list again, I will not hesitate to book Fontanellas Playa! They definitely earned a returning guest.

Buenos Dias! We stayed in this hotel for a week and it was simply fantastic. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a view of the pool and a partial view of the sea. We had half board and I can recommend that. The many delicious freshly prepared dishes and the wide range on offer leave nothing to be desired. If somebody can't find any food here, then he/she have some problem. The pool and the pool bar were very nice, clean and very pleasant. We were served good quality cocktails, which tasted very good. We would like to thank all the hotel staff because it is only through their good, quality work that guests can feel comfortable and relax. We found it very pleasant that the room cleaning staff took their time with the daily room cleaning and we were able to sleep in. The hotel location is wonderful; just across the promenade (approx. 2 minutes) you can get to the Ocean and the beach for sunbathing and relaxing. Shops all around are in the immediate vicinity. Everything is wonderful and everyone is very friendly. We felt very comfortable. Thank you!

Super friendly staff in all departments, fine room with good beds, sound-proof balcony door that shut-off late night party sound pretty well. Great views in first line to beach. Also nice offer at beach and super roof top terrace. Great breakfast choices varying from day to day, same for evening buffet (which was really at a good quality and prepared with some love) that deserves extra menionning. No extra costs for safe like in other hotels. Also thank you for the birthday present and upgrade!
