Amazing host, Klodiana made us feel at home immediately and gave us valuable information on the house and island. The house is very cosy and instantly gives you Ibiza vibes. What a wonderful place to relax! We were spoiled with a beautiful romantic garden with palm and orange trees, a very nice pool area and an outdoor gym with sauna and whirlpool, great breakfast and delicious dinner. And last but not least: An excellent service by staff that treats you like family. Besides all amazing employees, we fell in love with Mariella who is a true sunshine and always happy to help and we really appreciated being taken care of by most friendly and professional Marion.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was great and the hotel was in a very good location. We arrived very early in the morning, way before the check-in time but we were completely taken care of. We were able to shower in the gym, chill at the sun-beds beside the pool and keep our luggage in the storage room. We were even offered a 20 minute massage while we waited for our room. I have never experienced such good treatment by a hotel before. I booked it because of the cleanliness of the rooms but the whole experience was amazing. Well done Sun Ibiza Apartments.
