One of the best properties I’ve stayed in on route to Ireland from Bilbao. Very easy entry system all explained on video. Near lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous. Everything you could possibly want. Very modern, beautiful bathroom and comfortable good quality furniture. Even supplied earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. I highly recommend this apartment and the contact with Maria, the owner, was really good and efficient. Parking arranged just around the corner. there is nothing in this apartment that you will not like. this is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. the cleanliness, the equipment. the view from the huge windows. the apartment itself is generally great. for some, the location may be a disadvantage that it is a little far from the center, but this was not a problem for us, as there are transport connections relatively close. communication with the owner is excellent. the best place in Bilbao.

We felt very welcomed. I liked the nice little items for comfort, like slippers, paper bag, jellies and felt warmness of hand written messages. The rooms were well cleaned and nicely prepared, the attention to detail in furnishings, and comfort of the room was excellent. There are so many good qualities here that you can't find in big hotels, and my colleagues were happy to stay here, too.

Absolutely loved this beautiful apartment quirky and the interior design was very thoughtfully done with some interesting aspects and art and design. The owner Eloise was more than accommodating and helpful with everything that was needed.

It was a fantastic experience We loved our few days there, we were upgraded to a suit, all the staff were so friendly and helpful and always smiling. I have never experienced such a great team of staff. They made our stay that much better.

Fabulous property in an idilic spot. Far exceeded our expectations. We made the mistake of not checking in before our arrival but a quick phone call soon had a that resolved. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Ainara, the hotel “manager” provided us with excellent recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. This was definitely a relaxing and wonderful stay and we would love to come back.
