The garden is so beautiful and the pools in the spa are amazing. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurants at the hotel are pricey and not that good but there are very good restaurants close by. I have to recommend Da Arianna, we had dinner there several times - very good italian food and good service.

The room was spotless, aromatic and cleaned every day. We also got some treats and lovely messages on the table on our return every evening. We didn't have much interaction with property owners but that's ok, they take great care of the place and make you feel very welcome. You have to try the breakfast, we got a different fruit smoothie each morning and cute little omelettes straight form their farm. Lots of sweets, decent coffee. Location is peaceful, there's a small outdoor pool, places to sit around the area and a big parking lot behind the property. Easy to reach bigger cities (Puerto de la Cruz / Santa Cruz), close to the northern airport.
