Well, this place is excellent. We had a full size television 55 inch, A super comfortable king-size bed with bandnew linens, a kitchen to cook in plus a gorgeous bathroom that was spotless. We have been traveling the world for one year & this suite was the nicest one that we have stayed in through all of our travels. The train station is 10 minutes away by taxi & Unik Flatsis easy to get to. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Alain was a super host! He left us a beautiful box of assorted quality chocolates with two heart shaped Valentine lollipops & a cute heart shaped pillow. We enjoyed our stay at Uniq Flats & would stay again in the future. ❤️ Delea(Tam)& Doug from Canada

My wife, our little Mark, my brother, and I stayed in Regina’s apartment for around 10 days, and our experience was truly unforgettable. While the apartment itself is lovely, with a picturesque view from the window, what really stood out was Regina’s kindness, care, and genuine hospitality. We’re especially grateful for the thoughtful amenities provided for our little Mark, including a crib and a high chair, which made our stay so much more comfortable. For Regina, this isn’t just a business—it’s something more personal. She truly goes the extra mile, and you can feel it in every thoughtful detail. We’d be delighted to stay here again and will wholeheartedly recommend Regina’s apartment to our friends and family.

It was a short but great stay in this modern and centrally located hotel. I appreciated its cleanliness and all amentities available, including jacuzzi, it was really appreciated. One can really rest and enjoy the room. The only issue was the modern digital key system, but help was provided quickly. I'll be happy to come back to Alicante and Reina Victoria!

Great location and everything was spotlessly clean. I arrived in Alicante earlier than I expected but I was able to check in early which was great. The check in procedure via the app initially seemed extremely complicated but in fact worked very well.
