Very good localisation, near City, parking etc... Clean room, equipped with everything you need, very good contact with the host, they helped with organizing a flamenco performance - it was amazing!

It was our first stay there and the standards did indeed exceed our expectations. Very central location, spacious room (violet) with newly re-done bathroom, comfortable bed and super-comfy pillows, very clean, great terrace with sunbeds. Although we didn't use it, there is also a very spacious kitchen where you can prepare meals. Emilio is a great host, very kind and responsive to our messages. We highly recommend the place as we felt like being at home.

Nothing to say. Exactly like on the photos and in discription. Great place with jacuzzi on the roof. ❤️ Clean, calm, well equipped, modern. Private parking place with good instructions how to get there. Elevator - if works - is great... (We were unlucky that the elevator didn't work on 3 kings...so 2nd floor with luggage...)

Perfect location in the historical center of beautiful Seville. The furniture, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and bathroom are in an amazing shape and everything is modern and clean. The location offers easy access to all city attractions, plenty of very good dining places, one which definitely can be advised is next door. Apartment is well equipped, very clean. We have moved from other place which was very noisy, that one offered piece at night and the bed was super comfortable. The Staff is amazing! we had mostly been supported by Maria who was absolutely exceptional, thought about every detail.
