I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the majestic colonial style space and lush, well-manicured gardens The resort boasts multiple pools, each with crystal-clear water, some heated, some refreshing. A perfect combination. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip to cool off, do some laps or lounge in the water there’s a pool for every mood. Or just spend the day on a comfy sunbed or even balinese beds to soak in the peaceful atmosphere. There is no need to reserve it at dawn ;) there are enough of them. The beautiful beach pkaya del duque is just a short walk away. in my opinion the nicest beach i have seen in teneriffe. there are lots of cafes, bars and fish restaurants on the sea promenade. Its a lovely upscale area. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure guests felt comfortable and cared for. Their attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. Food was another highlight! The breakfast and dinner buffets were simply outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. As for the rooms—absolutely stunning! Spacious, elegantly designed, and featuring ultra-comfortable beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Some rooms even come with a private jacuzzi in the garden, and I was lucky enough to have one! Relaxing under the stars in my own private oasis was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is pure perfection. I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a luxurious escape with top-notch service, amazing food, and breathtaking surroundings, this is hotel is incredible value.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic—we didn’t want to leave! It’s a perfect place for families, and our child was thrilled with all the activities and amazing animators. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the daily mini disco and entertaining shows. Warm pools, plenty of space, and great sports facilities made our stay even better. The location is excellent, making it easy to go for walks. The water slides and overall setup are super convenient for families with kids of all ages. Highly recommend!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t do justice to it. It’s very new and the facilities are all very good and clean. Food at the restaurants is also delicious but the best thing is the staff, so incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel. They made our stay so comfortable.

Outstanding!! Well, what can we say? Undoubtedly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived we felt special. Your bags are taken and you are offered a free drink of choice while they check you in. The reception staff and the bell boy (are they still called that?) were politeness personified. After the very welcome drink, we were then taken to our room which turned out to be lovely. We have read some comments about the bathroom being in the room and it not being liked, but actually this works out brilliantly and is a clever concept. There is a door you can close dividing the bathroom and toilet (which has its own door) from the bedroom, and so actually creates a far larger bathroom than you would normally get. Trust us, it works! The pools are lovely. The poolside bar is fantastic, and whilst we chose not to go fully inclusive as we like to explore local restaurants, the amount of complimentary drinks they bring round every so often made this the right decision for us. However, if you like to eat in the hotel restaurants and drink a lot during the day, I would recommed the fully inclusive. How are the staff? I can honestly say I have never met so many lovely, polite and helpful staff in all our years. Nothing is too much trouble and everything comes with a smile. We managed to lock ourselves out of the room and lose a room key, yet this was no issue, they solved it there and then. We'd like to mention in particular Miheala, who worked at the pool bar. She was wonderful, so friendly and happy. She made a real difference to our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast buffet is superb! There was nothing we wanted for, and more than we could have dreamt of! I was partial to the salmon and caviar, my wife enjoyed the range of pastries. We both enjoyed the champagne! As for the restuarants, we only ate in Portofino, the onsite Italian for lunch once. However, it was very nice, but cannot honestly comment much further than that.

We just needed 1 nigth but it was a plesent surprise. The house is perfect for 2 persons, there are loads of parking spaces arround, it has 2 teraces ( the one of the back it has a small jacuzzy too). Kitchen is verry well equiped, and the house itself is verry welcoming. I totally recomand it for 2 persons.

The villa was lovely. Very spacious. Beautifully decorated and very well appointed. The three bedrooms were excellent, all with en-suites and they were of a very high quality. All had lovely walk-in showers with modern LED lighting. The outside dinning area was lovely with a sink with hot water, a gas hob, BBQ, Fridge freezer and a 2nd dishwasher. It also had additional plates, bowls and cutlery to save bringing these out from the main part of the villa. The swimming pool was warm and clean with a remote control for different under water lighting at night time. Electric security gates opening onto a large parking area for several cars and and a large terrace with sunbeds and table & chairs. It also had a large laundry room and an outside toilet and wash hand basin Fantastic view from the terrace with wonderful sunsets over La Gomera. Very tranquil and peaceful.

STAYED IN A SOLARIUM VILLA. PLENTY OF SPACE IN ROOM WITH SEPERATE WALK IN WARDROBE, AND A BATHROOM WITH SHOWER BATH & TOILET. A BALCONY WITH A TABLE AND CHAIRS & UP THE OUTSIDE STAIRS A SUN DECK WITH LOUNGERS & A WHIRLPOOL BATH. SPEND ALL DAY APART FROM MEALS IN YOUR OWN PEACE & QUIET,IF IT SUITS YOU. FOOD WAS FINE WITH PLENTY OF CHOICE. STAFF ALL VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.THE VIEWS FROM THE HOTEL ARE LOVELY AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF SUN BEDS & THE VARIOUS POOLS ARE NOT BUSY.

we upgraded to the solarium room which was absolutely lovely, private jacuzzi bath and very comfortable room. spa facilities were very clean and nice. the plunge pool was certainly the highlight. all the staff were also very helpful, friendly and professional. breakfast was amazing and the place looks stunning in the evening.
