We were a group of four and stayed at Laguna Club for 10 days. On checkin we were upgraded to the pool view rooms. I have to admit the rooms were very spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had to go across the road to access the aqua park and the beach which is a 5 min walk. They do have a shuttle service as well. The staff at the Club are very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended. PS. I don’t normally mention names. But, it’s always good to appreciate exceptional service. Mr. Ahmed for taking the effort to ensure our stay was a pleasant experience. Mr. Mohamed Salman from the reception for take the time to check on us every opportunity he had. How can I forget Mr. Hassan Ebrahem (server/waiter) for ensuing we were served our drinks and any other requirements

our stay was more than perfect me and my friends didn't expect to meet such helpful stuff and very clean room and also the triple room was so wide I've been to many hotels around the world and I would rate this hotel is one of the best. the pool was so good also the cafe on the pool and special thanks for the stuff. all of them the receptionist and room service and all bar tinders. specially Ahmed khalaf was so helpful and gentleman.

We were very lucky to have the opportunity and discounts to be able to spend my birthday in Meraki! The staff was always very helpful and once they realized that it was my birthday they sent a birthday cake to the room! The hotel vibes, the views and the low season made this vacation very special!

It was one of the greatest stays we’ve ever had. From the airport transfer on arrival to the moment we departed, every second was filled with comfort, luxury, and the exceptional care of the highly professional Four Seasons team. A special thank you for the suite upgrade — the room was absolutely spectacular. Spacious, impeccably clean, and wonderfully comfortable. The view was stunning, and the atmosphere was both peaceful and sunlit. The beautifully landscaped grounds, blooming with flowers and trees, made us feel like we were in paradise. The hotel’s vast territory offered more than enough to enjoy a full week without ever needing to leave. The restaurants and bars were exquisite, offering a great variety of delicious options. And SPA! Just in love with it. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience — we can't wait to return!

Staff cannot do enough for you. Complimentary upgrade to Posh Club Jacuzzi Room. Adults only pool area for peace and R&R (when not in the jacuzzi). Excellent variety of food. Indian and Mongolian restaurants are a must but book early the day before. Shopping trip to Old Market in the evening is a must and also a visit to Farsha Mountain Lounge/Cafe. Both only 10min by taxi.

We just returned last night from an exceptional and relaxing vacation at the Cleopatra 16+ resort. The staff was very attentive, always smiling they made sure we had everything we need. We had a great time, the resort is very spacious and has several pools to enjoy. Also we go pampered with the best massages everrrrr at the Cleo spa and Mr. Samir took the time to make sure we enjoy every aspect of the facility. It was above our expectations! Thank you all for making this a remarkable vacation for us.. can't wait to return!!♡

Terrific spot at the quiet end of Na’ama Bay with great coral in the swimming area so you could see shoals of damselfish as well as large parrotfish, surgeonfish, lion fish etc. So exciting on our first day. Good swimming pool with pool bar. Great restaurant choices. Our rooms were in a great position in the main building with a view of the sea. Always space on the Sun loungers. Room was spotless, bathroom too. We had an interconnecting room with our sons’ room which was perfect. Staff lovely at reception and by the sea.

Access to the Royal Club meant fantastic service, great breakfast and a lovely private pool. The staff in the Club were first class. The hotel and grounds were immaculate. The bedroom was very spacious, plenty of storage and the bathroom was great with a walk in shower and jacuzzi bath. The bus around the resort worked very well. We wouldn't have enjoyed anywhere near as much without the Club access.
