Buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners are amazing and very tasty. Local drinks were great as well. I loved the AlCarte restaurants, especially Teppanyaki and Lebanese. As well there is QR code for all the information about the menus, hotel facilities, entertainment program, bookings etc which i appreciated. As a foodie, I loved the variety and hot food options along with the fresh produce. Two of the big pools were heated. The service is impeccable, attentive, non-invasive, trustworthy, and kind. I felt amazing. The room was spacious, with an amazing bed and two types of pillows, and bedding was very good quality. Everything in the hotel is well taken care of, is quite new and fresh. The grounds are kept perfectly. Loved the shows ( actually pretty great dancers), and yoga, the dance training, so the entertainment was great too. The gym was pretty well-equipped and clean. There is nothing that bothered me. Sunglasses clearing and ice cream tours were a nice touch during the sunbathing. The beach was nice, but the swimming and snorkeling you have to walk- which is nice. You will do the steps =) There are nice big and colorful fish in the sea. I loved it and it is also a great hotel for families with little kids.

Our stay at Rixos Ultra Seagate was absolutely amazing and truly out of this world! From the moment we arrived, every detail was meticulously taken care of, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. A special mention to Valeria, our guest relations manager, who went above and beyond to attend to all our requests and needs with such warmth and professionalism. Her exceptional service made our experience even more memorable. The food at all the restaurants was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also loved the convenience of the shuttle service between the Rixos resorts, which allowed us to explore different restaurants and enjoy even more culinary delights. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure we felt welcome and cared for. Their dedication and attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. The vibrant market on certain days and the nightly entertainment added a lively and unique touch to our experience, keeping us engaged and entertained throughout. Staff cannot do enough for you. Complimentary upgrade to Posh Club Jacuzzi Room. Adults only pool area for peace and R&R (when not in the jacuzzi). Excellent variety of food. Indian and Mongolian restaurants are a must but book early the day before. Shopping trip to Old Market in the evening is a must and also a visit to Farsha Mountain Lounge/Cafe. Both only 10min by taxi.

We just returned last night from an exceptional and relaxing vacation at the Cleopatra 16+ resort. The staff was very attentive, always smiling they made sure we had everything we need. We had a great time, the resort is very spacious and has several pools to enjoy. Also we go pampered with the best massages everrrrr at the Cleo spa and Mr. Samir took the time to make sure we enjoy every aspect of the facility. It was above our expectations! Thank you all for making this a remarkable vacation for us.. can't wait to return!!♡

Terrific spot at the quiet end of Na’ama Bay with great coral in the swimming area so you could see shoals of damselfish as well as large parrotfish, surgeonfish, lion fish etc. So exciting on our first day. Good swimming pool with pool bar. Great restaurant choices. Our rooms were in a great position in the main building with a view of the sea. Always space on the Sun loungers. Room was spotless, bathroom too. We had an interconnecting room with our sons’ room which was perfect. Staff lovely at reception and by the sea.

Access to the Royal Club meant fantastic service, great breakfast and a lovely private pool. The staff in the Club were first class. The hotel and grounds were immaculate. The bedroom was very spacious, plenty of storage and the bathroom was great with a walk in shower and jacuzzi bath. The bus around the resort worked very well. We wouldn't have enjoyed anywhere near as much without the Club access.
