First of all i want to honor and thank Mr. Ahmed Galal during my whole stay. He did everything to make my stay comfortable. He picked the best Room in Cleopatra Sidi Heneish in my view at beachfront. Next to all the facilities like the beach infront of your room with an open awesome view, swimming pool a few steps aways and the snack restaurant in the corner. With the good Golf car service they arranged for us we were able and easily to be brought to the main restaurant and back that was located near the reception. Also he arranged for us a special dinner at the Italian reataurant what was delicious! The aftercare from Mr. Ahmed Galal was something unique and also let us make us a late checkout. The cristal clear seawater and sandy beaches was amazing in the resort, i havn’t seen before in the North coast. It was the best in my opinion. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

First of all I’d like to thank all the staff especially Ms Menna Hatem, the receptionist. She was very helpful and friendly. She was professional and assisted us to the maximum. I was tossing up between a couple of hotels before booking but I am incredibly glad that I went with this one! Everything was exceptional the staff were very helpful and friendly and we had no issues whatsoever. The room was clean and incredibly comfortable. The food was incredible, the night we stayed we had a multi course dinner and the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. The hotel has two sections of private beach one in front of the hotel and the other you can get to by jet ski. With all the amenities and the food, the hotel is well worth the price. Best hotel that I have been to in Egypt so far and a shame we only spent one night here!
