Where do I even begin - I wish the stay could have been longer. Jaz Riviera is phenomenal - the perfect balance of elegant, modern design considerations and uncompromised principles of hospitality. Everything from arrival to the very point when you leave, is special. We arrived in the morning, hours before the standard check-in time of 14:00 and Abdallah immediately assured us that a room would be prepped and we should head to breakfast in the meantime, while they finalise. We were given a free room upgrade and settled in the room by 11:30. The food, the beverage options, the variety of restaurants and ample seating between pools and beachfront is unmatched. The service and attentive staff of Jaz Riviera is truly what makes it world class - to our newfound bestie; Abdelrahman, as well as the entire wait staff between all the delicious meals - We are truly in awe. A truly priceless experience and an experience that will be repeated soon. Up to the very last moment when we are checking out to leave and Mahmoud at the front desk helped to organise our transfer to Hurghada- nothing is ever too much to ask for the Jaz Riviera team.

My overall experience at Sunrise Anjum Resort Marsa Alam was fantastic. The resort itself is beautiful with modern, nice and cozy rooms, many different pools and a nice beach with direct access to a reef. The food is very good and diverse, especially when it comes to the international restaurant. You have several bar options and a rather small but nice equipped fitness center. The overall experience was very much impacted by the fantastic staff. Some of them who even know your name after some days and who gave me the feeling of being home. I am very happy that I found this place and was able to stay there. Thanks a lot and hopefully see you soon again!

Where to start...Our stay at Casa Blue was fantastic. We wouldn't have wanted to leave! The panoramic suite with jacuzzi is beautiful, and there is cleaning every day. Special praise for Ramadan, who was always very kind and with a smile on his face, preparing artistic surprises for us with the towels! The cuisine is very varied, and excellent. A special mention for the waiter Mohamed from Cairo, who was always very professional and funny! And another special mention for Chef Reda, who delighted us with the cooking show at the Sushi restaurant and was always so thoughtful and helpful, as well as a great cook. Thanks also to the animation team who were always very nice without ever being intrusive. Finally, thanks to Adel at reception and his team who managed our stay with great professionalism!

Very calm place, separate from other resorts, very beautifully made whoever has designed it. Has its own theatre. Separate beach and pool restirants for drinks and snacks. Food is really nice although the variety is not that much like you will see in main cities but its still good. Amazing staff, very honest and very helpful. You will love the staff there. They are brilliant.
