The whole resort, from the rooms to the common areas, were impeccably clean. The staff was very friendly and diligent. Both indoor and outdoor heated pools were indispensable in the Egyptian winter! I really enjoyed the breakfast for it had a nice variety of Egyptian breads and tasty spreads. Lunch and dinner were also very good. Recreation team very uplifting and fun!

I truly fall in love with Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma. The resort grounds are beautiful, everything is clean and top of the top. In addition to amazing food hall with stunning terrace where we could eat breakfast, lunch and dinner we could book dinners in special restaurants within the resort - each dinner was a great experience, great food and beautiful atmosphere. We stayed over Xmas and the management just went over the top for Xmas dinner/event - we had GREAT HOLIDAYS. We are already looking forward to book our next stay.

A really nice hotel that offers a good vacation spot for couples. The personel was extremely friendly and could help us with everything. A big thank you to Hanna who made our trip very special. The rooms were very clean and of very good size. All in all the hotel lived up to our expectations and standards for a five star resort.

We have been to the Red Sea area at least 15 times prior, and this was no doubt the best hotel we have stayed in! All the staff was super friendly, great food with a lot of variety, pools were well maintained and long opening hours of the aqua park. The kids also really enjoyed the luna park attractions. The beach was clean and there is a nice house reef for snorkling.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Amarina Abu Soma Resort. From start to finish, the whole experience was superb. The staff were consistently excellent, extremely polite, very helpful, knowledgeable and great with communication. The hotel is modern, absolutely spotless and very well maintained. The gardens are beautiful, and you constantly see the gardening and maintenance teams keeping everything in perfect condition. The swimming pools are huge, clean, quiet and really lovely. The waterpark with 5 slides, was brilliant fun for both adults and children, safe, well-organised and a great added bonus. The entertainment was also very good for an all-inclusive hotel. The animation team were friendly, fun and great with kids. The restaurants were all excellent. The buffet food was high quality with plenty of variety, always fresh and very well presented. There are also four à la carte restaurants you can book, and all of them were very nice so you don’t have to eat from the buffet every night. We also appreciated the free scuba diving trial session available at the pool. One member of staff who truly made our stay special was Mohammed, the Assistant Front of House Manager. He was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. Due to a small issue with our original room (due to hotel maintenance I believe), he upgraded us to two beautiful family rooms right next to each other, both with stunning sea and pool views. It was my daughter’s birthday during the stay and he arranged a lovely room setup for her, which meant a lot. His kindness and professionalism made a huge difference to our experience and he is an outstanding representative for the hotel. All of the washroom facilities and public toilets around the hotel were always extremely clean. There is a small on-site shopping area which was convenient, and the beach area was very nice too. Although it was quite busy at times, it didn’t affect the experience.

The service was fantastic! Especially upon arrival. We were met by Foxie and he was here to help us out our whole stay! He has a great presence and made us feel like we were at home. Big shout out to Mohammad the resident Shisha doctor. The music and personality he provided was just our vibe. We are so happy we chose Crystal Bay!

Friendly staff, including bartenders, top-level service, daily housekeeping, clean pools and the entire territory. The administration worries about your satisfaction and really does a lot for this - they get into your situation, make compromises and exceptions for their guests. We are very, very satisfied and grateful for their care! Our flight was delayed for 14 hours and we were forced to come back to the hotel for the day, administration provide to us all facilities (of course without the room) and we spent lovely time in pleasent conditions there while waiting the flight - pool, towels, food and bevereges, luggege keeping. Thank you for this!!! The food is excellent - chicken, beef, fish, grilled shrimps, national dishes, many desserts, fruits, vegetables, wine and delicious coffee, 3 free restoraunts. Wonderful coral reef on the beach of the hotel with a sandy bottom.

The hotel was so clean and the food was so delicious The services was so quick and perfect But there is just a negative behaviour happened from one of the hotel stuff but to be fair i cant say that the hotel bad because for this reason there is a lot of good points to mentioned . I wish if they care about the language of the workers especially in the bars.
