My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pickalbatros Vita Resort - Portofino Marsa Alam. The hotel facilities were spacious, very clean, and pleasant. I want to mention that the staff was always friendly and attentive. Our guide, Mustafa Bey, was especially helpful and helpful. He was very friendly and helpful. I want to thank him very much. It wasn't the first time I visited Malikia, but it wasn't the last either. I love this hotel. Great and kind staff, delicious, varied food. The garden is beautiful and has a free beach for the unforgettable and impressive Abu Dabbab beach. Here, the coral world is magnificent, you can always meet a turtle in the middle of the bay. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Flexible check-in, 14 hour is not mandatory and you can still enjoy the beach freely even after check-out, they don't send you away, and we were even able to use the beach sheets until the evening without any restrictions, giving the guest complete confidence. A wonderful place with absolutely kind and helpful staff. 5 stars on every level.

Second vist to concorde and it was as amazing as the first !! The room was beautiful it was massive, had touch screen controls for house keeping to make your room or not, your own personal WiFi box inside the room which was amazing! The staff made sure I had food as I arrived later on in the evening. The staff everyone was amazing asharf in the lobby bar and the manger in the reception cant do enough for you! The animation are a big part of the hotel not pushy for activies always happy day and night provided shows evenings and daily activities. Restaurant was OK I am a vegetarian and did have to ask the chefs most days if something had meat in as it isn't labelled if it is vegetarian including the salad as sometimes there was meat inside but I did find something to eat every lunch and dinner and the chefs got to know you and would come over to me straight away letting me know if there was meat inside which was amazing!! All the staff are so friendly in the hotel and are always so helpful if you need anything, they are always happy and smiling throughout the day home away from home 🤍

Amazing location for diving or snorkeling, beach located on a bay, protected from waves by the wonderful coral reef. Italian Chef, the food was good for an all inclusive formula. Rooms spacious and clean. Super friendly and available staff. Very recommended!

The most perfect place for vacation you could imagine. There are no words to describe how large the resort is and all the amenities they have, from the heating pools to the water slides and so many bars and restaurants. All staff are 10/10, they are so helpful and they are really doing their best to make you feel welcome and provide you all you may need during your stay. I have to mention mr Haytham from front office which number i got when we booked our stay and our entire 12 days that we spent there he was link with hotel and he was there for all our questions and requests. He even upgraded our room for free, which by the way we didn’t ask for but anyway he gave us one of the best rooms with most amazing view and location in resort. When we booked our stay i was really shocked by the rating they have on both booking and google, but after these 12 days all is clear and we will definitely come back in close future. Where to start...Our stay at Casa Blue was fantastic. We wouldn't have wanted to leave! The panoramic suite with jacuzzi is beautiful, and there is cleaning every day. Special praise for Ramadan, who was always very kind and with a smile on his face, preparing artistic surprises for us with the towels! The cuisine is very varied, and excellent. A special mention for the waiter Mohamed from Cairo, who was always very professional and funny! And another special mention for Chef Reda, who delighted us with the cooking show at the Sushi restaurant and was always so thoughtful and helpful, as well as a great cook. Thanks also to the animation team who were always very nice without ever being intrusive. Finally, thanks to Adel at reception and his team who managed our stay with great professionalism!

Thank you very much for everything. We have really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very clean, staff very friendly and helpfull, kitchen was delicious. Our special thanks comes also to the reception manager who was very helpfull and carying when our baby got sick. Would definitely recomend this hotel. Hope to return one day
