The breakfast was very good. Lety from the reception and Marco were extremely helpful in pointing out what to do and where to go. They helped with booking the day tours we took. Very friendly satff. The swiming pool and jacuzzi very good as well.

Great little hotel. Felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived ❤️ Blanca and her staff were so helpful in ideas and setting up day trip ideas, along with transfers to other islandd and the airport. The attention to detail in the hotel rooms and service is outstanding. Highly recommend!!

The hotel was beautiful, super location right in the center but still super calm and quiet. The staff was super supportive and helped us with tours, taxi, transport and other questions. The breakfast at the pool was amazing and tasty! The room was very clean and huge, we had view over the sea. We had a great time and recommend this hotel by heart.

This hotel is incredible: the location, the organization, the breakfasts. If you want a real treat, this is it. Their tour guide was maybe my favourite part. Finch Bay also did their utmost to help organize our trip back from Isabela Island to mainland Ecuador. I mean, it's very expensive, so you pay for it, but it was a really nice treat.
