Big hotel that never seems to be big, thanks to a brilliant layout. Excellent staff, the service level is really high. Good bed, shower, room. Great Spa and Pool area. The separate family spa is brilliant, it keeps the adult only spa quiet but is not lacking in its offering. Probably the best breakfast buffet and à la carte we have had. Dinner at the hotel was really good as well.

Fantastic place for a few days stop over on a road trip in Europe. Spacious rooms (with separate area to work if you need to), balcony facing the waterfall and Alpine pastures, great spa (swimming pool, saunas, inside and outside rest areas), delicious breakfast and great dinner (go for 5 course menu). Location is superb, with walking and driving routes and right on the German Alpenstrasse. A bit more expensive than few other similar places we stayed at during our 2 weeks trip, but worth it.
