The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good and fresh. My children particularly liked the strawberries dipped in chocolate. I have to mention the reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

The staff is extremely friendly - everyone greeted us or even did some small talk. From the cleaning staff up to the manager. The gym and spa area is very clean and well equipped incl a great view to the mountains. As, I am pregnant, I was amazed how well the kitchen was prepared for that. I did not have to worry about eating anything which could harm my baby.

Absolutely outstanding Hotel! Will definitely come back here! This was the last night of a short holiday with 3 friends and it could not have been any more perfect! The Spa area was just lush, so cozy and thought through in every detail! The Room perfectly clean and brand new, beds super comfortable and equally nicely maintained. Water and sweets as a welcome in the room! Breakfast with Salmon and everything u´d ask for! The location allowed us to be among the first visiting Schloß Neuschwanstein in the morning....Oh, and did I mention that the staff is super friendly as well;-)
