Very friendly staff. We stayed in a family appartement and enjoyed the accommodation. The hotel is situated in Tanne, a green and peaceful environment, nearby the Harz national park, which is a hidden gem for us as foreign tourists. The national park and the hotel is definitely worth a visit. Our children really enjoyed the swimming pool, which is very clean, as are the changing rooms. For the money this hotel is really magnificent. We stayed there 2 nights, and regretted not having booked more nights.

Location was quiet. Walking distance to Hbf, steam train to Brocken, and city centre. The reception staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpfull.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was super friendly and the location could not have been better. The staff all spoke English and German, so they were able to always communicate with you no matter what language you spoke. Loved the bartender Andy, he was super fun and made the trip even better!

The Pension Schlossidyll is located at the end of a residential street in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Wernigerode.

Lovely little apartment within walking distance of the Altstad and shops. Everything you need for a home away from home. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

It is lovely old place, bigger than what you think it is. Room was a nice size, meal in restaurant very nice plus breakfast too. Very quiet

Stopped off here on the way back from Prague. It was a real gem of a place. We were so happy here that we stayed a second night. We were spoilt with incredible snow and could the enjoy the wonderful spa facilities after a nice long walk in the snow.
