From beginning till the end, we have been amazed by the availability, dedication, and efficiency of every single employee there. Everything with a smile, what an excellent surprise! Breakfast was quite nice, for every taste. The facilities are also very good and organised, swimming pool and spa, the garage, our appartment with balcony, we enjoyed it really much.

Everything about this apartment is 10/10. Perfect location. Attitude to guests and service is ideal. Free garage parking. The apartment itself is very comfortable and stylish. Access to wellness zone was also great. Highly recommend.

The apartment is modernly equipped, very clean, the bed is comfortable. We got a free parking place in the garage and discount on food in the restaurant. The hotel has a Spa area, it's a pity that we arrived late and didn't have time to visit. The staff is very helpful, they solved the problem we had even after their working hours. I really liked the place and the apartment, I can confidently recommend it.

It really exceeded our expectations. The staff and host family was super friendly. We felt like a part of the family as we sat by the fire and the pub. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. Thank you Radek, Martin and Nadia :). An extra plus was the amazing new years celebration at the hotel with a lot of food and dancing. The spa area and massage was just what we wanted after a day in the slopes. Really good location as we only had to walk three minutes to the slope. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were positively surprised that the ski rental was included in the hotel. Thank you very much for the great week and we hope to come back in the future.

I don't usually book all-inclusive stays as I prefer self-catering, but this was the best experience I could wish for. Breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner were all included in my room rate, all of which were super delicious and vegetarian-friendly. This was no buffet experience. The evening meals were a lá carte and served by a waiter. And all the meals were really delicious. Absolutely worth it. I was even making use of the afternoon snack, following my mountain hikes, which I initially didn't think I would do, but the closest supermarket was a 1km away, and so it was convenient to be able to eat at the hotel without worrying about shopping for food. Not being located in the very centre of the town was actually important to me as I wanted to be very close to the various mountain trails, and I definitely was!! I also wanted to avoid the bustle of the town centre. The room itself was very comfortable. Dual aspect windows made it quite special. It was quiet and peaceful. I'd easily stay there again. The staff are very friendly and communicate in German, English, Polish and Czech, of course.

Zatisi is absolutely amazing place for family and if you are looking for a quiet place. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner, food is very delicious, good choice for children. The view is breathtaking, very comfortable beds in room and service ***** The receptionist was very kind and they make extra steps to make every guest feeling happy. Thank you for making us very welcome! There amazing playground in front of mountains, and with a 2mins walking distance to the river, our child enjoyed the nature and playground on the grass.

Absolutely amazing! The design of the resort is stunning! Also the design and comfort of the apartment! People working there are so friendly and helpful! Breakfast is full of choices also with the presentation of the traditional local food a d they also change it every day. Also the menu for the dinner is very interesting and food is so tasty! Spa is also great! We will come back!

Room was perfect - cozy, clean, beautifully designed and very spacious. Pool area and restaurant were beautiful too. Location is great - Aldrov ski area is very close, but if the weather is not pleasant, it is only 10 minutes drive to Horni Misecky with a higher altitude and guaranteed snow. Tesco Express grocery store is 15 minutes drive, with a wide selection of food and drinks.

It's one of the best places to go to either as a family, or in couple. Everything is well thought-through, we had a really relaxing stay. Rooms are super spacious, beds very comfortable. The facilities are great, from the pool to the restaurant.

super comfy beds, super clean, spacious room, dishes in the restaurant are tasty, room well designed and comfortable. the price for our stay was very reasonable (I assume due to ongoing construction works), location is ok but far from supermarkets or pubs, seems to be really attracting people with young kids
