At the first time of our life, we decided to stay in a 5-star hotel. The hotel was a dream come true. From arrival to the checkout, anywhere we looked around, it's was a piece of art. The hotel is a landmark in Karlovy vary and also in the world. The space the architecture the locatin spa dinning roon, the food . in a matter of giving the hotel and all his facilities a grade, it would be 10+. The filling is all the time. Wow. The stuff is outstanding, the rooms are over the expectations, and we felt like on a cloud we never wanted to leave. The spa area is in two places, and the passes are inside the hotel all the time. You also have the bar in a beautiful spot in minus 1, between the corridor that connects the hotel from his 2 parts. Music all the time. There's the coffee Pupp, which is the spot for noon coffee with a view to the river. We stayed at the riverside part. The other side is the park side. We recommend the riverside. By the way, in this hotel there's so many pictures of movie stars due to the Karlovy Vary festival once a year. Many movies were shot here, specifically Casino Royal of James Bond. Well if you have a 3 or 4 nights don't wait order and make your fantasy real.

We went here to relax for 4 days and we had an amazing time. The hotel is walking distance +/- 7 minutes from all the "action" so we managed to see all the Kolonadas and beautiful places on the guide. From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly 24 hours a day. Both hotel and the restaurant. The breakfast was different every day, but equally awesome! Every morning it was really sad to leave ((: Most of the times we went to the city to have our dinner, but we went once to the hotel and it was wonderful! Compliments to the chefs. And the room! What a room. We asked for the balcony (it's an extra cost to guarantee, but that's not a problem). The room was spacious and warm (literally, the floor was warm all the time!). We had a problem with the shower which was fixed immediately when we told the reception about it. There is a swimming pool where you can swim or get a massage in various places. Attached to it is a jacuzzi that held comfortably 6 people (we didn't have to touch feet). In a small room next to it are 3 types of saunas, 2 showers with warm and cold water, a bucket of ice water and a bowl of ice to chill yourself (or to put on a back of your partner ((: ) The dressing rooms are equipped with a shower, toilette, and lockers. They are separated for women and men. The chilling area next to the pool has some beds where you can just relax. The staff is changing the towel and the bed sheet with every new guest. The whole experience was incredible. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Especially when you go off season, the city is empty and you will really have the space to turn off and just relax.
