Excellent service in all directions, very helpful and kind communication of the staff, who come out immediately willing to answer every question and solve every request to the satisfaction of the guest, amazing breakfast on the roof with a view of practically the whole of Larnaca and the surrounding area. Staying at Art & Wine Studios and Apts was like staying at a friends house.

The flat was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bathroom and toiletries were great and the beds were very comfy. Liked the big Smeg fridge and lots of space. We didn't use the washing machine or anything as was only there for one night. Nice big balcony with view of the tennis club below. Kind of weird location. neighbourhood is quite residential but the hotel less than 5 mins walk to old town area which is lovely and 10 mins down to the beach. Staff were very friendly, especially Gennadiy who was very helpful and communicative.

We stayed our last night at Vasos apartment and it was really a great place. He was waiting for welcome us in the evening and to show us everything in his place. The view from the Terrasse to the sea was great and even some candles 🕯️were burning there. I think especially for a couple this is a very romantic place. U can sit in the jacuzzi and have a wonderful view over the beach. 🥂☀️🌊 Everything was there u would need. Bathing towels, coffeemaker, air condition, products in the bathroom, I think I even saw some things for the beach (but we didn’t need and so I can not remember exactly)…..some water was already in the fridge. Because Vaso didn’t need the apartment immediately the next day, he let us stay longer in the place so it was easier for us and we enjoyed our last hours on the terrace, relaxing on the sun-beds. 😎☀️😎 The apartment is very bright and friendly! Everything was clean and this is always very important for me. U find everything u need around you… close to the beach and all the restaurants. In the garage there we got a parking place for the car. But the best thing at the end when I finally forgot my headphones: he immediately called us - but we have already been on the airport - so he organised everything to send them to me. Thank you so much Vaso! U made me very happy when I got my headphones back!!! I really highly recommend your place! See you again! Thx for your great help!!😊🙌

Great communication from Wes, made life really easy for me. Wes does the cleaning too and the appartment was spotless! Lots of things in the kitchen to use too and nice furniture on the very big terrace. Lovely view, free parking, 5 minute walk to supermarket and bar.
