We loved our stay at Hotel SANHE! The place is beautifully designed, rooms are spacious and look just like the photos. The staff were incredible and the highlight of our stay – super kind, helpful, and arranged all our tours perfectly. Communication was the easiest we had in China. Great location for visiting Zhangjiajie National Park with free shuttle provided by the hotel. Would totally stay here again!

Mountain side was a fantastic base for our family, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable, away from bright lights and noise to wind down after spending all day out exploring Zhangjiejie National park and Tianmen mountain. The Tianmen mountain view is breathtaking. Room is very spacious. Breakfast is very good and they make it different everyday. The owner’s dad is a chef so we have dinner there and it is so good too. Feel like home. His mum cannot speak English but really pay attention to details. She can tell what we need in just a sec without using the translation. His wife is so helpful with ordering maccas for our kids as they are quite fussy. Thank you.

Huating Homestay is an absolute delight. The moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the beautiful, well-kept garden full of flowers. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had a very warm, homey feeling. The host was the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, Lucas took care of everything for us. He helped us plan the perfect itinerary, booked our tickets to Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Forest Park (no queues, no hassle!), and even arranged amazing seats for the cultural show. Thanks to him, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing—just pure enjoyment! Lucas was always patient, professional, and full of great recommendations. He made sure we had the best experience possible, whether it was suggesting the best photo spots or arranging transport. His attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out! The hotel’s location is perfect, the rooms are cozy, and the views are just unreal. Waking up to misty mountains every morning felt like a dream!
