The two restaurants that were opened in the hotel for Chinese New Year's were amazing. Delicious food, great service, plenty of things to choose from. The lounge on the ground floor as well as the bar on the last floor are worth spending time in as well. The spa is also a good place to relax in. A big advantage is the shopping mall right next-door where you can find anything you want. And the fact that most of the staff speaks English is important for those of us who cannot speak Mandarin.

I had an amazing experience at Voco, the staff was lovely, the room had al the amenities and the buffet breakfast has literally everything you could wish to eat, including Xi’an specialties. Cold noodles with sesame sauce, jian bing my personal favourite. I celebrated my workshop during my stay and the lovey staff made sure I got a birthday cake and gifted a big souvenir.

The room is new, and well cleaned. The staffs were friendly and attentive to our needs. Breakfast spread was generous, with international and local cuisines on offer. Room rates were of great value. Location of hotel is a short walk to the nearest metro station, where one could easily ride a few stops to the main tourist attraction.
