Like Sagrada Familia but a hotel instead, like a cathedral but better in many ways. Just a straight 10/10 for me. Super automatic Toto toilets throughout the hotel, warm seats, separate controller, bidet electronic control flush type options. Best breakfast on the planet, I took many videos which I never normally do, there was an actual block of fresh honeycomb honey hanging in one area which was just amazing, every type of food catered for.

On the day of my birthday, my wife informed the hotel about the occasion, and the staff immediately went above and beyond to make the day special, preparing a surprise celebration in our room—completely free of charge. When I entered the room, I was delighted to see a beautifully decorated setup with balloons, a lovely birthday cake, and a thoughtful handmade card. Two wonderful staff members, Leo and Daria, took the time to personalize the experience, making it feel truly special and memorable. Their kindness and willingness to create this surprise at short notice showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The room itself was impeccably clean, adding to the luxurious and comfortable ambiance. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the cake was delicious, adding the perfect touch to a remarkable day. I highly recommend Shenzhen Raffles Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Raffles team, for making my birthday so memorable!
