Lydia went above and beyond, helping me with everything from ordering Taobao to recommending the best places to eat and visit in the city. She made navigating Shanghai a breeze and was always there with helpful tips, which made my trip so much smoother. A special mention for Chris, the bellman—this man is a true gem! Not only did he provide stellar service, but he even remembered my name each time I saw him. It’s those little touches that really make a difference, and it was clear that Chris truly cares about the guests' experience. His warm and friendly demeanor made every interaction feel personal and genuine. The room itself was a dream—super clean, comfortable, and with the best view of the Pearl Tower you could ask for. Waking up to that view was the perfect start to my day, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax after a long day of exploring. We are so grateful! My husband and I had a 12 hours day layover between flights and we wanted a place close to the airport to rest and leave our luggages. The owner was amazingly kind! He picked us up from the airport (we even arrived earlier and called him, and he arrived quickly). He even helped us call a taxi to go visit the city center. We asked him to bring us back to the airport and the was super punctual. We are very grateful to him. Also, the room was clean and really nice (super comfortable bed). We were in doubt since there were only 2 reviews when we booked, but our experience was great. Definitely recommended!!!
