Amazing staff 11/10!! We used Kunming as a travelling hub to go to Laos by train. The Visa upon entry must be paid in dollars, that we did not have. Exchanging currency by foreigners turned out to be very difficult. Two women from the lobby staff went with us to multiple banks and got us the dollar bills. She even had to go home to get her ID and fill out many forms. We had to leave really early the next day and they even arranged to go boxes for us that we could fill with the breakfast that was already prepared. Amazing hospitality! Moreover, great facilities. Large, clean, beautiful and very well equipted rooms. Laundry room is great. Gym is small but functional. It was raining when we were there, but the pool looks great! Location close to train station (train to Laos leaves at the south station though, this took half an hour by didi in the morning for 50 RMB) so great! Insane value for money. Would recommend this to everyone visiting Kunming.

This was our first stop in Yunnan and I have to say the hotel was amazing! It must be quite new, as everything still looks very sparkly! Rooms are super functional, nice size and very pretty. Every restaurant we went was great! The breakfast buffet is amazing! We had a buffet dinner there for New Year's Eve and it was super good too. Once we had a small snack in the lobby lounge on the ground level and the food was also fantastic and so was the staff! Bonus points for the next door shopping mall which is very cool too. Would definitely recommend when in Kunming.

Very well located and clean, good value for money. The area is nice and a short walk from pedestrian streets and market, subway 2 mintes away and very convenient if you need to be close to the Railway station. Good breakfast and probably the best thing about it is the staff. We particularly want to thank the girl at reception on the morning of August 17th.

This place is awesome! The owner is super kind and friendly. He picked me up at the airport and took me to the hotel at 11 pm, with no extra charge. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The next morning he arranged transport to the airport, again, without asking for an extra charge. I also received some breakfast and amazinglocal tea before I left for the airport. I will stay here again if I'm in Kunming next time. Highly recommended place!
