Loved everything about the hotel. It's classical roman/rococo styled but modern and clean. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really high quality esp the pastries and I really like it's on the open space 2nd floor. Everything is so relaxed and well organised. The room is spacious, well connected (usb-c) and bathroom is modern, separated, great shower. I really enjoyed the swimming pool which was good length with clean warm water. Even used the steam and sauna which has its own shower area. True 5-star hotel. Location is very convenient - walked to Forbidden City and regularly to Wangfujing and restaurants.

This hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. I cannot recommend it enough. I spent four nights here on a family trip with both my parents (over sixty), and we all felt emotional leaving. Nancy, Elsa, Bonnie, Maggie, Jennie, and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience in Beijing. As first-timers in China, I honestly don’t know how we would have managed without their incredible support—helping us with navigation, bookings, recommendations, and crisis management when we had issues with our imminent train bookings. The breakfast is delicious and the perfect way to start the day. The location is ideal, offering an authentic old Beijing feel with so much character, yet it remains quaint and peaceful. It’s also quite central and well-connected by subway. The rooms are on the smaller side but exceptionally well-designed, with every possible amenity provided, including super soft robes and velvety slippers. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between sleek and cozy. I am SO glad that we chose this over more generic chain hotels. I absolutely adored this place and will be recommending it to everyone. Thank you, team, for everything you did to make this trip so special for us. Beijing will forever hold a place in our hearts!

The location perfect! Beautiful views from the rooms. Extremely helpful owner and staff! Isaac planned and booked our whole visit to Heaven’s gate and the National Forest Park. Our waitress Sadie was a great host. Despite the fact that her English was not there, she did her utmost best to communicate through translating the app and made it very enjoyable. 10+.for her. Mr. Peter, the F&B manager, arranged our steaks and Tomahawk at the lounge, and his exceptional customer service 10+. Restaurant/ breakfast buffet/ dinner by far the best on our trip. Exec sous chef, very nice gentleman. Overal restaurant experience 10+. Good work of all staff and will be my main hub in Beijing from now on. Concierge, 10+, very helpful and organized great trip to great wall with great guide.

+We had a room on the 16th floor with a fantastic view of the CCTV building. +the size of the room was perfect / big bedroom with extra sofa and Nespresso station +We would especially like to highlight that there was a fresh fruit basket in the room every day. This is not something to be taken for granted, and that's why we want to emphasize it. +The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a subway station just a short walk away. The airport (PEK) can be reached easily and affordably by taxi in just under 50 minutes. The adjoining shopping mall offers a variety of dining options, ranging from budget-friendly to high-end restaurants to suit every taste. Additionally, the terrace of the shopping mall provides a great view of the CCTV building and the growing skyline.

I liked the Kerry hotel, it has a lot to offer. Great access to the business, shopping, restaurants area, excellent Dragonfly wellness center (famous in China ), and great fitness and swimming facilities (25m swimming pool) the room and bathroom were clean and well-organized, although a bit small (bathrooms) the breakfast is great, has a selection to please many tastes the staff was very friendly Location is unbeatable, beautiful park area in a walking distance, major streets and driveways. Definitely a choice for business travellers!
