Basically everything but the highlights were: The included access to the spa, the welcoming and kind receptionist who allowed us to use the facilities the next day even we have the possibility of the check out. The view of the mountains, nice restaurant, delicious breakfast. Comfy room and bed. Overall amazing value for money.

The location was perfect - directly opposite the ski lifts with access to both Grimentz and Zinal slopes. All staff were brilliant - friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant was excellent - so good in fact that we had dinner there 3 out the 5 nights that we stayed in Grimentz. And the Spa - with sauna, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi was a wonderfully relaxing space.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

Property was amazing. Great breakfast, convenient to pick up keys, close to Gronegrat train and Sunnega list. Whole experience was exceptional. Picturesque views of Matterhorn, right out the kitchen window. Lovely porch with views and comfortable balcony seating.
