Basically everything but the highlights were: The included access to the spa, the welcoming and kind receptionist who allowed us to use the facilities the next day even we have the possibility of the check out. The view of the mountains, nice restaurant, delicious breakfast. Comfy room and bed. Overall amazing value for money.

Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices for a continental breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop for our Matterhorn cable car rides and the train station. Very professional staff. Highly recommended!

Spacious, clean, have literally everything one requires….. WiFi worked very well, view of Matterhorn from the main balcony. And, silent. Has a lift just in case of elderly people. Strongly recommended.

The Zermatt Budget Rooms are underground and come with free WiFi and TV, a 5-minute walk away from the Sunnegga Cable Car and the Glacier Express.

Everything except that the dry and steam sauna was already off at 9PM. I can't swim so I was expecting I will enjoy the steam sauna but it didn't happen.
