We had an amazing stay from start to finish! The location is absolutely breathtaking—right by the lake with stunning mountain views, especially at sunset. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the facilities were beautifully maintained. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade—the room was huge, the toilet was spacious, and the balcony was such a lovely spot to unwind. Breakfast was good, and the lady attending to the guests was kind and attentive, making the morning experience even better. The staff overall were warm and welcoming, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. They also let us check in early and check out late. We loved every second of our stay and are already planning to return this summer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful lakeside setting!

the staff were super friendly and nice and gave us a qwelcome drink on arrival. The hotel is cozy and felt family run, but also had some great ammenities, like the wellness center. Loved the saunas!

We were there for only one night, and it was far beyond our expectations. They upgraded us to a deluxe room with the lake view that was recently renovated. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Indoor wellness was closed due to the renovation, but the Jacuzzi and Sauna outside were amazing, clean, and with beautiful views. Breakfast was very delicious and complete. Hotel dinner was also tasty, with great ambiance and reasonable prices. There was also a very convenient on-demand transit between the hotel and Vitznau station!

We loved how warm, friendly and helpful the staff were. In particular the gentleman in charge of the breakfast restaurant was lovely, as was his female colleague with long dark hair. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel special everyday. The lady who cleaned our room was VERY nice, and all the hotel receptionists were incredibly helpful and friendly. In particular, one younger male receptionist so kindly brought us warm milk one evening when we wanted coffee in our room. A wonderful hotel, where I've stayed before and would definitely return.
