We have returned several times over many years and the quality is always of the highest order : welcoming and professional staff,; clean; extensive and varied breakfast of high quality dishes ; delicious dining in the restaurant; etc... The location on the lake provides the hotel with a unique advantage in terms of terrace dining as well as garden relaxing with a heated outside pool. The lake and mountain views are wonderful.

the staff were super friendly and nice and gave us a qwelcome drink on arrival. The hotel is cozy and felt family run, but also had some great ammenities, like the wellness center. Loved the saunas!

The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). The walk up through the forest behind the hotel was lovely. Most importantly the room, hotel and spa facilities were incredible.
