Everything was great! But the most important thing was the staff. They were fantastic. Their hospitality was amazing. They help in everything. They are extremely accommodating and understanding. They try to give you the best advice and help possible. We had some dietary restrictions and they allowed us to use their cutlery for our own food. We had an early train which was before breakfast times and they allowed us to eat before so that we can go on a full stomach. By far the best hotel I have come across in Switzerland in terms for facility and hospitality. 100% recommended! I will give my compliments to the entire staff and the management! I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family. 10 on 10.

Everything was excellent, the staff was really friendly and accomodating. Even gave us keys to put our luggage in lockers when we checked out. The apartments were huge, the bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen was fully equipped. Bed was also VERY comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, huge variety and attention to detail. Probably one of the best hotels I ever visited.

We had a truly wonderful stay. There is strictly nothing negative to say about our short spell at the Matterhorn Lodge. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, cosy, but with modern facilities. Spa was also super clean and welcoming. Staff were ultra nice, and came to pick us from the train station, even though we were actually just a short walk away. Breakfast was wonderful, and we were both sad to leave. We literally can't wait to go back!
