The hotel location, rooms, breakfast and bar all make the stay enjoyable. The friendly and helpful staff are commendable. The lake view from the hotel is peaceful. It is in a quiet location and with its own funicular, it is very easy to get to the center. We will definitely go back for a longer stay.

Our initial room was small for the 5 of us so we requested to be moved to a bigger one which they granted. Rachel, one of the staff, is SUPER DUPER NICE and accommodating!! She answered all our questions and assisted us with our needs. This is my second time staying at this hotel and the experience was as lovely as before. The hotel is just walking distance to the old town and Chapel Bridge. Groceries and cafes are near as well.
