This hotel was excellent! The staff were so friendly and informative. They make you coffee in the morning and you can sit in the lobby or on the terrace as you plan your day. The kids loved the pool and the adults could sit on the terrace overlooking it. Our rooms were spacious and clean. We had a large group (6 people in a large family room and 3 in a triple room with terrace) and it was a good amount of space for us. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the Spruerbrucke over to Old Town. 10 minute walk to the train station. Will stay here again if we ever make it back to this beautiful country!

If you want to stay here, choose a lake view room - you won't regret that. Stunning lake with hills and coves will please your eyes every time you look out the window. Ducks and other birds often play just outside. The reception staff provide guests with a free of charge bus passes for the duration of their stay, which I think is a citywide policy to boost tourism, and very convenient as there is a bus stop just outside.

We loved how warm, friendly and helpful the staff were. In particular the gentleman in charge of the breakfast restaurant was lovely, as was his female colleague with long dark hair. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel special everyday. The lady who cleaned our room was VERY nice, and all the hotel receptionists were incredibly helpful and friendly. In particular, one younger male receptionist so kindly brought us warm milk one evening when we wanted coffee in our room. A wonderful hotel, where I've stayed before and would definitely return.

The Roesli Guest House is situated in the heart of Lucerne, close to the Spreuer Bridge. You enjoy free access to the sister hotel's renovated outdoor pool across the street.

The staff were super friendly and approachable and the pool across the road was a nice bonus plus it is open fairly long hours until ten so can be used before or after dinner. The kebab shop is a good budget food option and the beer at the hotel is not marked up much compared to other places. The room was clean and the location cannot be beaten for the price. The room was basic but looked pretty and was bigger than most rooms in the price range and location.

This is like a dream place. An experience you would hardly forget! The location is dreamy, my room was facing the hills with cowbells ringing all day. Breakfast are exquisite, whatever you like will be served within a minute. Service everywhere in the resort is amazing, stuff is the friendliest and the most entertaining for the ones who travel alone too. You can enjoy several different restaurants with great cuisine and views. Spa in the Waldhotel is perfect, clean and quiet, not many visitors during a low season (i was basically alone there all the time). You can also enjoy some attractions around or visit Luzern by boat fastly.

The Seehotel Pilatus is situated on the shores of Lake Lucerne. It offers a large indoor pool, a hot tub, and free Wi-Fi. The spacious, air-conditioned rooms provide mountain views.

We travel a lot, and we would like to say that our room had one of the most beautiful views — it was definitely a real wow-effect when we saw it. We enjoyed the stunning mountains and the sea each morning. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We were very glad to use the spa and the swimming pools during our stay. The water was warm, and it was a pleasure to use the big pool and swim without freezing. There is also private access to the sea. The area outside the hotel is very beautiful. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant every day during our stay, and we enjoyed it very much. The food was tasty with a good variety of dishes. We also liked the breakfast, as there were many good options. The free parking lot was a nice bonus. The employees were very friendly. We would be happy to come back and stay at the hotel again in the future.

The property has a very good location on the shore of the lake. with a swimming pool overlooking the lake and the mountains. staff was very welcoming and friendly. we even got a free upgrade on the room to have views on the lake. the breakfast and dinner were very good.
