Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

Superb! The jacuzzi was very relaxing after a whole day of walking around towns. Very creative and stylish design of the room. You have everything you need in the mini kitchen. Comfy and spacious bed. Powerful heater which is great if you travel to Interlaken in winter. Adjust the knob to your preferable warmth. I had to turn it off as I was sweating in the room while outside temperature was freezing! The free parking space is great if you travel by car.

Very friendly staff esp Flavia who made great recommendations on what to visit and introduced us to the hotel. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Location was excellent,in between interlaken East n west. Bus stop at door step so we were well served by public transport. Will surely be back.

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

Warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with unobstructed panoramic views over the entire valley. Hotel is very well situated, just a short walk from the train station. Beautiful welcome upon arrival. Excellent breakfast/dinners with service that was attentive, professional and friendly. Lovely dining room with breathtaking views. Food was beautifully presented with a good variety of breakfast and dinner choices. An outstanding hotel with a staff that works extremely hard to provide their guests with a wonderful stay, which I certainly had. Thank you. Highly recommend this hotel!

I didn't see the message regarding check in but luckily the host arrived as we did to give me the keys. We were there before check in but able to leave luggage in the room and change before going out again. Drinks provided, bottle of prosecco which was nice! Jacuzzi bath in the room was amazing, used it every night. 5 minute walk from Interlaken West but in a very quiet area.
