This hotel is the best valued for money hotel in Interlaken. The reception staff were so helpful and cheerful during check in. Our apartment room (which is mountain view) is spacious and has 180 degrees of the mountain and the city. We dined at the restaurant twice and the staff were so good and the food was five stars. Breakfast was also good with good selection range.

Location was so wonderful. it was close to interlaken ost only 10min away by bus. there were so tasty and delicious breakfast every morning. people are so kind and supportive and we were so grateful for them. Definitely we will miss them and this place and will come back again!!!!

Breakfast was a highlight! Loved the spread of fruits, meats, cheeses, breads, and omelette station. We enjoyed the spa one evening. We loved the location. Made it easy to get to other towns and was less touristy than Lauterbrunnen.

I didn't see the message regarding check in but luckily the host arrived as we did to give me the keys. We were there before check in but able to leave luggage in the room and change before going out again. Drinks provided, bottle of prosecco which was nice! Jacuzzi bath in the room was amazing, used it every night. 5 minute walk from Interlaken West but in a very quiet area.
