The hotel is luxury stay with best bed and pillows. Requested high floor with garden view and we got one. Room was serviced everyday and every hotel staff smiled and greeted. Best place to stay if visiting Niagara on the Lake.

Great stay, so close to Niagara Falls, Outlet shopping mall, and a very quiet location. Staff were very efficient in their checking us in and explaining the property facilities to us, bar staff were very friendly too. There was a small problem with the billing of the room which was charged twice, but this was rectified very quickly by reception staff member without me having to follow up.

Its location, it had everything we needed, the host was super and the beds were comfy!!

A wonderful breakfast available from 9am (make sure schedule allows for this you don't want to miss it!). Good size room and nicely furnished. Excellent value.
