Everything was excellent, you can’t show it on pictures or explain in words. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and big, every 3 days the rooms are cleaned and everything changed, the pools are crystal clear, staff is very nice and polite, the greenery is very beautifull and the staff is maintaining it everyday. All in all, a very very nice experience and i would recommend everyone to go there

We were staying in sunny beach and were messed around with our hotel and then had food poisoning for the whole week. We decided to book your beautiful hotel on the last day for a bit of luxury and to make us still feel like we had a holiday. The rooms were so clean and instantly smelt fresh as you walked in them. The food and drinks were top quality with staff everywhere ensuring hygiene regulations were met. Everyone was so friendly, especially the receptionist who made us feel so welcome. The sky bar was out of this world and the pool was amazing. We loved how comfy the sun beds were! Thank you so so much for making us fall in love with nessebar!

We had a great time at this apartment – it’s perfectly located near the beach and the new town. The place is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, the living room is big and cozy, and the bedroom has super comfortable bed. Wonderful place for a holiday! 🌟 We were extremely happy with our stay at Florence Apartment in Nessebar. The host – a pleasant and smiling young lady – gave us a warm welcome and kindly showed us where the key box was located. The apartment appeared to be brand new, very stylish and modernly furnished, with great attention to detail. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable and perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent – a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for rest and relaxation, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.

- the resort was well organised, everyone had a job and the target was to do it as well as possible (so I dare to say there is a great management team) - the pools area was daily cleaned - a lot of sunbeds around the pools (mention: we had our stay at the begining of season) - a lot of attractions and activities for children (including animation team, kids corner, water park) - bottles of water in the room, water dispenser and coffee machine on each floor - special phone number for complaints and suggestions (we had an issue during our stay, so I used the phone line mentioned and the manager offered a quick response in a very proactive way) - very good food, a lot of choises for every taste (even if the hotel was full, there was always food on plates and never waiting lines; lot of choises for snacks too (pizza, icecream, prezels, hotdogs - very big rooms and every day cleaning, very big an confortable beds - beach towels offered for free with the possibility of daily change

warm sea, close to the sea, the balcony and widows were in the shadow not that hot, no noise on that side, air cooling were working at the facility, nice food at the restaurants, and fast service/cooking there. The owner of the apartment was very caring and supportive - the person who is really customer oriented!!!
