The hotel is recently renovated so everything is practically brand new. Our room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was big. The breakfast was pretty nice with a lot of choices, including fresh banitsa and mekici, which were pleasant surprises. The pool clean, the water was relatively warm. Staff were very kind.

Absolutely everything The location is great, very close to the centre as well as to the main bus station and railway station The building looks very charming, and inside is full of period characters, beautifully decorated, everywhere is super clean and immaculate The owner/manager was very responsive and communication is great But What really impressed us and make our stay was special was that we left a valuable and sentimental watch in the apartment and when the staff double out we were already in Plovdiv. The owner/manager went through all the trouble to arrange the fast courier for the watch to be delivered to our hotel in Plovdiv on the next day. We were so grateful If you ever visit Burgas, stay here and you won't be disappointed
