The hotel is new, clean and really nice. Staff was very kind and always willing to help. The pool was with perfect temperature for winter outdoor pool 35C. Room 403 has enormous terrace and is maybe the best room in the hotel. Coffee was good at breakfast.

Everything was absolutely perfect and even more ! The kindness of the staff and their reactivity to our requests (extra sheets and blankets, extra shampoo, question for the heating system, etc...), the tranquility of the spa, the view on the mountain, the delicious food at the restaurant. The rooms were perfectly clean and very well decorated, also very spacious, and the premises were very well maintained and taken care of. Probably the best value for money we ever found !! We highly recommend and we will come back for sure !

Немав дојдено неколку години, има позитивни промени, спа делот е проширен, многу удобен, со тивка релаксирачка музика. Базенот топол како и секогаш, уживање после скијање да се опуштат мускулите. Храната беше превкусна, ги надмина моите очекувања, особено вечерата што беше шведска маса, претходно имаше да се избере од 3 понудени опции. Хотелот беше топол насекаде и во собите. Има и убава игротека за децата, ќерка ми секоја вечер ја користеше.

Excellent location! Very close to bansko, and the road was clean and safe from snow. The accomodation was amazing, with everything you could ask for. The reception desk was vary helpful to whatever we need, for information, directions, a cab, and firewood. They were more than happy to help with a smile. We visited with a friend and my girlfriend and we all absolutely loved it. When I visit Bansko again for skiing. I'll definitely stay again.
