Everything was absolutely perfect and even more ! The kindness of the staff and their reactivity to our requests (extra sheets and blankets, extra shampoo, question for the heating system, etc...), the tranquility of the spa, the view on the mountain, the delicious food at the restaurant. The rooms were perfectly clean and very well decorated, also very spacious, and the premises were very well maintained and taken care of. Probably the best value for money we ever found !! We highly recommend and we will come back for sure !

The hotel is clean, spacious room, indoor place for children to play is huge. All facilities are good. We enjoyed A LOT our stay with our 2 years old daughter. The restaurant can prepare you dinner with cost, but not expensive at all. Foods are super good. Both dinner and breakfast has a lot of options. Will definitely come there again!

A true 5-star hotel! (with a stamp) Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Managed with care for every little detail, with a dedicated staff ready to help with anything. Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Great spa center with amazing pools, spacious apartment room, exceptionally clean, very kids-friendly. There is food buffet which is available until 2pm even though during the week we did not feel very welcome in the lounge and the restaurant at that time.

The bungalow that we stayed in had everything we needed - was spacious, clean and had a great outdoor patio with sun beds. We also had a view of the pool outside. The bathroom was large and comfortable. We requested a baby crib and the staff obliged. The food was excellent and we had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the property as a result. The pool wasn’t the biggest, but it was well heated and very relaxing. Overall the atmosphere was amazing, staff were very friendly, and we had a fun family weekend.

The SPA facilities are great. Overall - great SPA, big pools with lots of room for everyone, super comfortable rooms & spacious bathrooms. I loved the food - lots of variety and super tasty breakfast & dinner. Pools (outdoor & indoor) were clean, water was hot. Had a great truly relaxing stay. Staff gave us home-grown lettuce on checkout, which was a nice personal touch/gesture.

Everything. The staff was very nice and attentive. The rooms were big and comfortable and well eqipped. Bathroom was great. The SPA and hot springs were amazing. Very clean and great relaxation experience. Breaffast and dinner buffets were great. Huge variety and very tasty food. The dining room manager arranged a vegan breakfast especially for me.
