We had a wonderful stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. For our birthdays, we were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite apartment with an outstanding view — such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration truly special. We arrived early by car. They offered us welcome drinks, we gave them the car key and they told us to go back around three. When we returned the car was in the garage, the skis in the ski room and all the luggage in our room. We were upgraded to a sauna room which had the most amazing view. The room was big, clean, nicely decorated. The restaurant and the bar are very elegant with relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Especially at dinner the chef has three suggestions you choose from and the courses are all excellent. They also offer guests a snack in the afternoon. The bar is decorated with leather and wood and has live music. The Grand Spa is a very welcoming and relaxing place. They also offer transportation to the ski area. A very relaxing hotel with an elegant, aristocratic feeling. You will not want to leave.
